the dining room | seattle apartment tour

Hi hi!

How are you? The news this past week was disappointing to hear about once again, but I’m just here trying to do my part! If you’re already registered to vote and want to help out more, I’ve signed up to write letters to voters, and you can too!

Otherwise, I found out my exam got delayed so I had to readjust my schedule somewhat… also caught up with some friends from college over FaceTime, learned how to play mahjong, and picked up some pumpkin donuts from Top Pot this weekend!

Today, I wanted to share the last leg of my apartment tour! The artwork in the dining room is coming later this week so it’s not pictured here, but I’ve dragged out this tour long enough 😉

I looove the dining room. It gets lovely light everyday! These pink velvet chairs are everything; I had originally wanted French bistro chairs in the dining room, but we found these on Marketplace for suuuper cheap so we had to snag. H and I also found our dining table on Marketplace and it’s CB2!! It feels so sturdy and I think it looks great with the chairs.

You might’ve seen a peek of our bookshelf in the living room tour, but it’s technically the divider between the living room and dining room. H organized the books rainbow-style and it’s very pleasing to the eye.

I thought I’d share our kitchen too! The kitchen was pretty newly renovated in the past couple of years, but honestly we’ve already had some issues with it. Our dishwasher broke after a month of using it and then we had an ant problem for all of September, lol. We still love it though! Gives it character 😉

That’s it! I can’t wait for our artwork to come! Where do y’all source your artwork?
